Last Tuesday, the August edition of Yoga Journal's 21 Day Yoga Challenge ended, and it was an impressive showing. Collectively, we logged 5,597 minutes of meditation, and 639 yoga practices. Eleven of us made it to 50%, and three got to 95% or beyond. Special mention goes to Noriko W., who finished at 129%, making this the sixth yoga challenge she has completed at above 100%. Kudos all around for your hard work and commitment!
Since January, we've renewed this 21-day challenge every month. Many of you have participated consistently each month, making new friends and supporting each other along the way.
