skipped a butt bible so did cardio and Jillian Micheals 2 which is 25 minutes
only did 20 minutes cardio today :(( Ill make it up tomorrow and upper2 today....1,2,3 lol
55 minute run with 2 sets of Jumping jacks in-between and butt bible upper 1
hope Im doing this right lol. I did 40 min cardio and butt bible lower 1 today
