good workout in bootcamp. it was a pyramid that we've done once before, only this time the laps were longer. I didn't finish, but I feel awesome for getting through it.
first workout in a week. I feel a bit stiff. hopefully tomorrow will be a bit easier.
yesterday wasn't a great day. I got caught in the rain (without rain gear) on my way home from buying motion sickness tablets, so I probably exacerbated whatever was already wrong with me.
no workout today since I'm sick. went to the doc this morning; waiting for the bloodwork results so I can finally see what's wrong with me.
