I'm slowly learning that while I need to have the proper form for all yoga poses, just because I turn my hands or feet out a little doesn't mean I'm doing it wrong. Also, I need to get an ankle brace for my right ankle. That sucker starts to hurt after a 5 minute jog, and I have a 3k coming up in two months. >_< Maybe it's my shoes...
Anyone have any recipes that -won't- cause a bloat-a-thon to happen in my midsection? No matter what I eat, my belly bloats out until I look like I'm three months pregnant, which I'm not. >_>

Slacked off big time this weekend. I did my yoga poses throughout the day instead of during one block of time. I did manage to help cook a rather tasty Mothers Day dinner. Oh well, back to the grind. Happy Monday, everyone!
