Hello Newly Minted Morning People! What a month! We're regrouping here at Social Workout HQ, having shocked our systems pulling off the Brooklyn Bridge patrol this morning. But we wanted to remind you that you have until Noon tomorrow to file your Dawn Patrol catch-up posts. Tomorrow afternoon, we'll send you your hard-earned prize coupons, as well as the official challenge wrap-up, wherein we reflect on early the mornings past, and challenges future....
Speaking of which, tomorrow is a new month, and we've queued up some fresh challenges. The special of the month is the Digital Junkie Challenge, which asks everyone to clean up their anti-social smartphone/cellphone behavior, and generally limit "recreational screen time" to just 60 minutes per day. Some of us know we need this.
