started the day ok- emotional eating took over /: Guess my Granddaughter isn't going to wait till the due date( 8 weeks) doing testing to see lung development
Was slightly worried about my run today since I'm still so sore from those squats (like flossing, proof that I just need to do it more). But somehow the running didn't hurt in the same parts of my legs so I was good to go! I think the brownie I ate right before helped too. Also watched that gem of a movie, Fear, starring Marky Mark and Reese Witherspoon-- it captivates me every time and I missed some interval switches. Kale salad for dinner :)
20 minutes of lower body and 10 minutes of chest/biceps. I am so incredibly tired from my early morning wakeup! Caffeine isn't working either. Boo. :-(

Did 30 minutes of Jillian Michael's ripped in 30, and another 10 minutes of lower body. I felt so proud to make it through the JM workout with my 8lb. weights! I usually die with those overhead presses!

breakfast oat meal with fat free milk snack had grapefruit(was really good) lunch-tuna with chopped onion, peppers, celery,carrots,and cucumber mixed with light mayo and mustard (I know lost the clean meal) made a sandwich on lettuce-not so neat to eat.
ate clean but only 3 meals and snacks today. no picture had strawberries with plain greek yogurt sprinkled with cinnimon. didn't get to the gym till 8:30 tonight at least I got a workout in-Now I'm all reved up but should be going to bed
Lots of drama at work. I'm grateful for my job. Also grateful I have the gym to burn off frustration! Made it to the gym in time to try a 5:30 yoga class I haven't been to before. It was an hour, but really on 40 minutes of actual yoga. The last 20 minutes were dedicated to savassana and mindful meditation, so that was nice. Even though I was all relaxed, I got on the treadmill to make up some miles. My legs are soooo sore from all the squats yesterday so I did 3 easy miles and a cool down. Then did the foam roller-- ouch!
egg white and veggies for breakfast-really wanted to put cheese(laughing cow) but didn't. delicious strawberries waiting for snack. have a great day (:
4 out of 5 meals clean-the 5 meal was clean until I popped a spicy chicken nugget in my mouth during clean up ): the vegetable soup has really help me stay on track or there would be more bad to claim. did the cardio will try not to give in to temptations!
Sunrise is like 10 minutes earlier in Boston than NY, so all you NYers stop yer whinin'! :)
Was up by 6:45, made coffee and got ready for work. Hit the gym after work for my first workout since last Tuesday. I was a little worried about running but my congestion wasn't too bad and I just kept a manageable pace for 4 miles, not challenging my airways! Then Body Pump for an hour, where I got in lots of thousands. Going to be sore tomorrow!
